My feelings for you can no longer be a secret,
I hear you calling when you’re not around,
I’m destined to see you,
Can’t you hear my heart pound?
As you walk into my presence,
And embrace me in your arms,
My eyes light up and twinkle,
Like golden stars,
My blood races faster than the speed of light,
My arms take control as I hold you so tight.
Then you let go and stare into my eyes,
And before I can kiss you,
You turn and say goodnight.
